Wedding Dress:
UK: £20 (including insurance).
Europe Union / Ireland / France / Germany: £36 (including insurance)
Other countries: please contact us for a quote.
Usually, it takes around 10 weeks for the dress to be made.
Express service available, please contact us for the details.
A tracking number will be provided after the dispatch of the dress.
Please note that for international buyers, if the dress is imposed for Customs Duty, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the tax.
Return Policy for Wedding Gowns
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding gown over the Internet. In order to give you the confidence to purchase from us, we offer a return policy to you. The terms are as follow:
Only dresses that made according to the standard size chart are refundable.
Custom made dresses (i.e. custom design/ colour) are not refundable.
We must be contacted within 2 days after the buyer receive the dress.
Dresses must be returned in perfect condition, with no dirt, no makeup stains, no marks, no smoke scents and not altered. All our dress is checked before postage, no refund/ exchange for dirt or any other kinds of marks that is caused after postage.
Dresses must be received by us within 7 days of your receipt. Return must be made by trackable means.
Buyer are responsible for the return postage.
We will refund money through Paypal. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
