A: We do not have any actual premises, this helps us keep the price of the dress down and we can then pass the saving on to you so we chose to be a strictly online business!
A: All gowns can be tailor made for you OR made in standard sizes according to our standard size chart. (No extra cost for tailor made dresses although plus size fee may required)
A: Dresses can be made in other colours, though the dress would be classed as custom made (made to measure). Please refer to our colour chart and contact us for the availability before ordering.
A: We accept payment by Paypal, by cheque or postal order.
A: For all wedding dress deliveries in the UK the postage cost is £20 and the dress will be sent by DHL. A tracking number will be provided. For evening gowns/ bridesmaid/ flowergirl dresses, postage cost can vary, please refer to the postage cost stated on the particular style's webpage.
For Europe and other countries, the price is dependent upon your location, please contact us for a quota.
A: All wedding dresses will be sent in boxes. For wedding/ bridesmaid/ flowergirl dresses, it takes around 8-9 weeks for the dresses to be made and delivered (from receipt of your order and cleared payment). We recommend buyers order their dresses at least 3 months before the wedding. For evening gowns, it takes around 6-7 weeks.

After we have received the return and checked the dress for any wear and tear we will authorise the refund by Paypal/ cheque.
A: We recommend dry cleaning to protect the material and then hang the dress in a dress bag to prevent yellowing so that it is fresh for the next time you wish to wear it.
